Historic Evidence

The finding of the Dead Sea Scrolls prove the accuracy of the Bible. Bible texts have been proved to have not been changed throughout the ages. The bible is an accurate historic document and details people, times and places with events. It was written over one thousand years and yet retains the same theme. It was written by many godly men under the influence of the Holy Spirit of God. Only God could accomplish such a literary feat.

Prophetic Evidence

There are over 300 prophecies written hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Except for the prophecies concerning His Second Coming to the earth, all of the prophecies concerning Jesus have been fulfilled in accurate detail. This is miraculous.

Witnesses:

  • Over 500 people saw Jesus at the same time, after he rose from the dead.

  • Jesus was seen by James, and all the apostles after he rose from the dead.

  • Jesus was seen by Apostle Paul (who was named Saul, who previously persecuted the church) at a later date, after He rose from the dead. (see 1 Corinthians 15:1-9)

Miracles:

Jesus performed miracles of every kind including raising people from the dead, and hundreds of people witnessed the miracles He did. Only God could do such miracles. Only with God are all things possible.

Jesus became flesh, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and dwelt among mankind. Jesus lived a sinless life and served mankind.
